I love eggs but I have always despised cooking them. On my google search for different clean recipes I came across this neat little idea on how to bake eggs.
So I gave it a try today.. and I LOVE THEM! My husband & kids love them too!
They taste kind of like a boiled egg but with a fried egg texture..
Which brings me to another idea.. I LOVE fried egg sandwiches. But I have never been able to cook them correctly. BAM! This solves that problem. I'm gonna bake these little bad boys & throw them on my toasted sandwich with a slice of cheese. Fried Egg sandwich heaven. YUM YUM YUM.
