Delicious open face chicken sandwich .
Toasted Ezekiel bread
With chopped chicken mixed with chobani Greek yogurt, diced purple onions, flaxseed for crunch , and sliced avocado. I added stevia & pepper to taste.The stevia sweetens the Greek yogurt since it is very bland on its own. I put my chicken topping on top of a bed of fresh baby spinach.
This was very filling & gave me a boost of energy.
It only took me 3 minutes to makes... Less time then sitting through a fast food drive thru.
